Summer Safety Tips To Avoid Heat Related Illnesses

As temperatures continue to rise this summer, heat related illnesses become a "hotter" concern. Heat illnesses range from heat stress, heat rash, heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and can be a matter of life and death. There are three simple words to remember to prevent heat stress and heat illnesses: Water. Rest. Shade!
